Solomon's Grave
a Bram Stoker Award Finalist!
"Daniel G. Keohane has crafted a tense, intricate thriller that will appeal to fans of The Davinci Code.... Solomon's Grave is a creepy, intense read that will keep you on the edge of your seat. I loved it!"
-- Brian Keene, author of The Rising and Castaways"...a dark, intricate Biblical thriller not fit for Sunday School, but more than adequate to while away the evenings in suspense. With a solid first effort, Keohane provokes thought and inspires dread, teaching an important lesson: Providence is often the most frightening thing a man can face.."
-- Shroud Magazine"While Keohane's novel fits well within the current religious-thriller genre, it also doubles as a supernatural horror yarn complete with a powerful, charismatic antagonist, a modern-day Old Testament blood cult and plenty of eerie atmosphere (it was also nice to see a strong female character taking charge during the ancient flashback scenes).
...the suspense, pacing, and fine writing make it difficult to put down. I'm looking very forward to Keohane's next project."
-- Horror Fiction Review"A fascinating occult suspense novel, fluent to read, for all those who prefer subtle suspense and finely woven characters over bloody murders and hardcore action..."
Media Mania for German edition (roughly translated), 4-star review"..the author has this special gift to give a story a special charm, making it impossible for the reader to stop.
I'm keenly waiting for his next book.
-- Melanie Vogeltanz, Amazon.de review (roughly translated)

Solomon's Grave United States & Canada Now Available! The North American, English language debut of Solomon's Grave, from Dragon Moon Press. Currently On Sale at Amazon, Click Here! Nathan Dinneck's new role as pastor may be shorter than he expects. For thousands of years a secret has been hidden from the world and
protected from those who covet its power. Popes and Kings have sought
it. Theologians and historians have debated its very existence. In
every generation since the days of Solomon, one person is chosen to
keep its secret, protect it from an ageless group claiming the treasure
for their own dark god. After millennia of searching, they are finally
closing in on their prize. Evil has followed Nathan home to Hillcrest, Massachusetts. Nightmares of temples and blood sacrifice, visions of angels and cemeteries foreshadow a dark battle to come. In the balance hangs the lives and souls of those chosen to protect history's most holy relic, perhaps even the gateway to heaven itself. |

Before that, thanks to Solomon's Grave I'm an Internationally Published Author. See below... Officially, there's supposed to be at least one, probably two sequels to this novel. I'm thinking about it, that' about all I can do at this point, but it's a start. :-) |

il Segreto di Salomone Italy Edizioni Il Punto d'Incontro is the Italian publisher who first published Solomon's Grave in October 2006. They renamed the book to il Segreto di Salomone ("The Secret of Solomon") because it sounds better in Italian. Unfortunately, they never promoted the book nor even sent out review copies. I suppose they paid for the rights, they can do (or not do) what they'd like. Still.... Nice cover, though, an dbeautiful wraparound hardcover binding illustration. |

While still marketing it in the United States, my European agent, negoatiated a contract for a Russian language edition with Alfaret Publishing out of St. Petersburg, Russia, who since seem to have re-organized their line into Russian military non-fiction, scarpped all fiction endeavors. Would have been nice to see the book. It was nearly done, too (and they paid me, so no complaints). See the cover as it would have been, on left. |
